My legs are toast!

I forget each year just how demanding our exercises can be on an unfit body. My quads are aching hardcore. I worked up a sweat and am pooped, but feel quite alive. And that is good.

I saw so many promising students this year in the two hours I was able to participate in. I especially hope that a good chunk of the advanced Drama class stops by the MAC to see what’s what. It was really great being with Mrs. Uthoff, Gweth, and Kearsten. Kearsten and I made some great shapes, and then Gweth asked us to move (always in the hardest shape!), and we turned into a sweaty human plow/farming machine. It was awesome. If/as soon as we get some release forms we will have some of the awesome pics and video that was shot at today’s sessions.
